- UpViral will only be used for promotional purposes for your account and pictures on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or TikTok.
- UpViral does not guarantee that your new followers will interact with your future uploads, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for and interact during the process. All future uploads will be ignored unless an Automatic Likes package is purchased.
- You will not upload anything to UpViral including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or TikTok community.
- Followers can be delivered at a gradual speed, at request only. This request must be made before the order takes place.
3. PayPal And Credit Card Processors
- Payments are processed using PayPal's secure system or a secure and verified payment gateway, with no sensitive financial information being input through our website. A secure method of accepting payments is processed using SSL encryption.
- You agree that upon purchasing our services, that you clearly understand and agree with what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal or credit card company. Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, we receive the right, if necessary, to reset all followers and likes, terminate your account, and/or permanently ban your IP address.

- You will only use the UpViral website in a manner that follows all agreements made with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or TikTok on their terms of service page.
7. Liabilities
- UpViral is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or TikTok.

- UpViral will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. UpViral makes no guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied for the services we provide. Since UpViral uses the internet to deliver services, we cannot guarantee the uptime or availability of our website.

Refund Policy
Since UpViral is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we DO honor requests for a refund for the following reasons:
-Non-delivery of the service: in some cases, the process times are slower, and it may take a little longer for your orders to finish. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our support department in writing within 7 days from the order placing the date. Otherwise, the campaign will be considered completed. We will not honor requests for a refund when we have notified customers about possible delays before ordering (for example, an alert on the order page(s)), in this case, ordering is at our own risk.
- Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our support department within 7 days from the date of the purchase.
